He runs materials and logistics like a mission, with domestic and global relationships to lock in reliable sourcing, tighten quality control, and strengthen delivery readiness — so owners and contractors protect critical schedules and keep field execution moving.

With deep experience in aggregates and cement, he pairs field-proven construction discipline with procurement intelligence to align supply to real site needs from sourcing through delivery — bulk materials, logistics, procurement, and consulting, from bulk shipments to site-ready delivery.

Tony Costanzo serves as Director of IT & Estimating for Bulk Wave Materials, bringing 15 years of construction experience across project controls, estimating, and project management on large-scale industrial builds. He has owned budgets, forecasts, earned-value analysis, and change management on multi-billion-dollar EPC programs — the discipline behind turning specifications, takeoffs, and supplier pricing into estimates clients can build on.

He approaches every quote the way a project runs — scoping quantities to real requirements, pressure-testing pricing and lead times, and keeping documentation tight so commitments hold from bid through delivery.

He also brings a builder's command of data and systems, standing up the tools that keep estimating, sourcing, and reporting aligned — so the numbers stay accurate and the team moves fast.

Kiran Baki serves as Director of Quality for Bulk Wave Materials, bringing 25+ years of experience in the aggregate and cement industries to strengthen quality performance from inbound material acceptance through field-ready execution and turnover closeout.

In this role, he focuses on building and enforcing a repeatable quality system — aligning suppliers, documentation, and inspection/testing with project specifications — while verifying that approved cement/aggregate intent translates into real-world jobsite practices.

He also supports risk reduction through trend monitoring, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent repeat issues and improve delivery reliability for client projects.
